The data file you are given contains data for all $90$ motels the company owns, plus $5$ potential sites for expansion $($on a separate tab$).$ You determine that predictive analytics using regression analysis with operating margin as the dependent variable is the best way to determine which sites have the best potential to build profitable motels.
