Question: how can I delete the minimum value from each row in columns 3 to 8 from a 4*10 matrix in Matlab. after I delete this

how can I delete the minimum value from each row in columns 3 to 8 from a 4*10 matrix in Matlab.

after I delete this values I want to get the sum of each row from columns 3 to 9 at the end of the row so the matrix has to be 4*9 to get the sum of the row correctly.
