how can I make this sound better please help : I spend time with newer team members, ensuring that they understand safe tactics when dealing with calls of various nature and frequently conduct a review of calls to educate on how to better accomplish the mission of the Concord Police Department. I know as an MPO it will give me a better opportunity to lead members of my team and it will help me obtain a greater amount of experience and training to better myself.
