The lean strategy can help organizations achieve their goals by constantly iterating and improving upon processes and practices, increasing efficiency, increasing sales, and broadening the customer base. By increasing efficiency and decreasing waste, an organization would save money and be able to focus on value adds for the customer. I think the Kaizen element affects the operation the most by empowering employees to take ownership of process improvement and determining the improvement step together.
