How do i fill in total liabilities, equity, total equity, total liabilities and equities? this is for an example

i have $40,000 cash

i have a dump truck i owe a note of $50,000 but i put 10k down on work truck im left with 30k cash i have a credit card available balance of $25k

i make 16k a month from my dump truck

my total expenses are 136k a year,

my total revenue is 192k a year

my net profit is 55k a year

salaries payable are 4k a month to myself.

please help me understand how do add this to the balance sheet
