Question: How do I implement a Pomodoro timer where the user can select how much time they want to spend for work and how much time

How do I implement a Pomodoro timer where the user can select how much time they want to spend for work and how much time they want to spend for breaks?

I also want the user to know how much breaks and work sessions they have used.

How do I implement this? I'm a beginner in html,css,and js.But I'm still learning the basics as I'm typing this post.
