How do I interpret this ?

I am comparing the means of more than 2 groups so I think the applicable tests are the ANOVA, post-hoc test and Kruskal-Wallis test.

The Days_sympt_admiss is the number of days from symptom onset to admission

BMI groups are grouped in 4 categories (underweight, normal, overweight and obese)

I am trying to answer the question: are there any differences in the days from symptom onset to admission between BMI categories ? trying to do the statistical tests and assumptions
