How do I respond: Amelia, While reading your blogpost I was impressed with the flow of the topics. It really relates to how to tackle this uncomfortable situation starting with research and what comes after while reminding the audience that it is part of the interview and employers are actually expecting potential employees to negotiate their salary. I think general websites could be provided in your blog to go along with where to conduct research and starting the process. The "options" section is really great with providing examples like bonuses, and future raises.
