Every literal has at least one digit before and after the decimal point. Assume the DFA can reject the input if it gets "stuck" so no error states are needed.

Please also give as small as possible.

Examples are :

Allowed: 0.0, 10.0, 45000.007, 0.888

Not allowed: 0, 10, 10., 10.00, 0450000.007, 0.888
