How do the resources below fit with the adult-learning framework and my personal teaching philosophy below?

I am teaching an MBA supply chain course focusing on these trends in supply chain management: Automation and Increased Use of Technology, AI, Increase Use of Sustainability, Predictive Analysis and Risk Management

My personal teaching philosophy is collaborative, and I believe that an instructor, I am morally obligated to educate with only the highest of expectations for each and every one of my students, maximizing the positive benefits that naturally come along with any self-fulfilling prophecy. With dedication, perseverance, and hard work, my students will rise to the occasion. I believe that I owe it to my students, as well as the community, to bring consistency, diligence, and warmth to my job in the hope that I can ultimately inspire and encourage such traits in my students as well.

My reasoning for selecting these topics and resources:

Any organization's purpose is to maximize revenues, which can only be done with supply chain partnerships. The organization must focus on the supply chain's fundamental design and contain all these aspects. Leveraging technology, increased sustainability, forecasting, and risk management can be achieved with the right frameworks. As well as identifying vulnerabilities and redundancies in the supply chain, communicating with the supplier network, agreeing on expectations and metrics, using buffers to avoid shortages, distributing physical inventory across multiple locations, and diversifying the supply chain network while mastering ideas that may revolutionize supply chains and adapt to the volatile nature of the economic environment.
