How do you calculate overall discharge $($runoff$)$ rate $($Q$)$ in cm$3/$hr$?$ and water yield from the catchment or water shed in cm$/$hr$?$

I have included a picture of our findings.

The area of catchment was $241\mathrm{.}5$ cm$2$ we used $500$ml of water to fall onto catchment area.

I just need to know how to convert and what the equation is$.$ last time i asked this i got like $5$ pages of non sense just give me the equation and the steps on how to calculate rainfall runoff and over discharge.
