How does the Flow Control shape use Parallel Processing on a local single Runtime $($Atom$)?$

It is not possible to deploy any process using Flow Control to a single, local Runtime.

The process will create multiple processes in different nodes.

The process can create either multiple threads in the JVM or multiple processes in different nodes, depending on the setting in Flow Control.
