The Time Variance Authority $($TVA$)$ is an universal organization responsible for monitoring all things time

related. The TVA exists outside of the realm of time, so while we experience events in real time, the TVA

has the ability to jump between different points in time on our timeline and witness$/$monitor events as

they are occurring. Sounds like a magical place doesn$$t it$?$ Well today is your lucky day! You have been

hired as a junior analyst at the TVA, and one of your first tasks is to design a time monitoring device, to

measure the passage of time. Essentially you are designing a visual clock that can be manipulated through

user input. Being from Earth, you come up with an elegant idea to design it based off of the classical

hourglass timer found on Earth. An hourglass will look something like this.
