How is using SOAP formatted notes useful in a counseling session?

How would you create a SOAP (Subjective, Objective, Action, and Plan format) for the notes presented for the following case.

My client Debra is a 31-year-old, African American female who is currently struggling with what should be the happiest time in her life. In just a few short months she is getting married to her fianc Dylan. Debra is extremely overwhelmed with the planning of her wedding and feels that she is doing everything on her own. In our first session Debra explains how since the engagement the arguments between her and her fianc have become very extreme and emotionally draining. She discloses in the session "My wedding is going to be a complete disaster because my fianc is not taking the planning seriously". She mentioned how Dylan is not present mentally at various wedding related meetings with discussions pertaining to the venue, food, and discussions with the wedding planner. Every time the client tried to bring up her concerns to her fianc it leads to distress and screaming matches. Just last week the argument got so bad. The client broke out in tears after being called a "nuisance" buy her fianc. Debra believes that at this stage she doesn't even know if he loves her the way he used to. In the session the client mentioned "I just want Dylan to do his part" and "I really hope that we can make it to the alter". Before the end of the session Debra reports that she loves Dylan, and she wants them to communicate better and resolve some of the issues that are putting a wedge in our relationship. I have not been sleeping because I am constantly worrying and anxious. The client mentioned "Am I making a mistake" and "I don't know what to do".
