1a. Establish response categories and codes for the question, What do you dislike about this new brand of soup? Categories are not full sentences; rather, they are 1 to 2 word descriptors without preference, i.e. packaging, ingredients, etc.

1b. Create 3 responses (Full sentences - questions that relate to your categories) and then code the responses using your categories and codes.
