How to response this message: " After watching the Barbara Walters interview on the CEO of Zappos, I was very impressed. The two employee retention strategies that I found very cool but way different is create fun and a little weirdness, how cool is that? No one will ever ask you to be weird at your job, and other staff members for other companies coming to tour and observe how Zappos is weird. The other is build a positive team and family spirit, you lift up your team, have fun, and be weird, but go out and enjoy your family with an incredible work, life balance. Not many companies let your work, and life balance shine through."
