Process Analysis Practice Problem

Two people take the orders of customers, spending

approximately $2$ minutes with each customer $($order and payment collection$).$ The order is given to $1$ of $2$ sandwch preparers. On average it takes $3$ minutes to prepare a sandwich. Two people are in charge of packaging the sandwich and distributing the orders to the customers which takes approximately $15$ seconds per order. The customer exits and proceeds to fill their cup with soda, which takes approximately $1$ minute. About $4$ customers

can fill their soda on the soda station closest to the deli at one time.
