- How useful is my source when considering ideas for this Argument essay.
- Is my source explain.
- Do I NEED further research--what sort of background information or additional articles do you think I should consider?
My focus for the argument will be the idea of the 4 Day work week. This is exactly as it sounds, and I had heard that it was implemented in other countries, and that they had seen improved mental health and no reduction in productivity or profit after adjusting for it, and pay for employees did not decrease. I didn't know much about it, but I'm a fan of working as few days out of my life as possible so I knew that I could hopefully provide a strong argument for it, even without more sources. The source I used is an excerpt from a book, simply titled "Four Day Workweek: Overview" by Bethany Groff Dorau. I think I could utilize this in my argument essay, as it's from the Ivy Tech database and provided good information regarding how it has already been implemented and experimented with, and the results of it. It helps my argument, so I feel that it's a strong candidate.
