How will you set up your project to remain sustainable after the project is finished and you are gone? Your project will need tocontinue after you are gone; you need to show your funders that you are a smart investment and that they are investing in a project that will continue to help people in the future, even after the initial funding is over.

For example, sustainability activities could include training local stakeholders, implementing a continued source of funding, forming a collaboration with local groups that are in a position to continue the work, etc.

EVALUATION

• How will you know if your project is well-run and effective? Your funders have invested funds in your project and they will expect you to include a way to evaluate if you are completing your objectives and goals.
• Describe how you will assess and measure your project's goal and objectives, as described in Section III above, both short-term (1-2 years) and, if applicable, long-term (three years and more).

This section could include specific ways you might conduct surveys of your population or gather data for an annual report, etc.
