Activities:

Identify key stakeholders in your project

Play act various roles and apply the six underlying competencies

Undertake PESTLE, SWOT and Cost$-$Benefit Analysis

Deliverables $($Work Products$)$

Update the Project Report AND Presentation $($you will have created a shell of the presentation$)$ with relevant headings discussed in this module $($you can take hints from the IEEE Req. Engg. Template$)$

Create and update the list of Stakeholders and their details as discussed in this module. Create a RACI matrix for all the stakeholders. Note: you will continue to modify the stakeholders as we progress through this course.

Create roles and assign your own names to each of the roles $($even though you will switch roles as you progress through this study$).$ Additional hypothetical names can be assigned to additional roles.

Document PESTLE, SWOT, and Costs of your project. These are also going to be hypothetical $($based on the Case study problem statement assigned to your team$).$ Do please make the numbers as real as you can $-$ even though I am not going to assess you on the actual numbers you provide for the costs of your project. Similarly $-$ it is important that you complete the PESTLE and SWOT analysis $-$ without worrying too much about the precise details. This is mainly so because I want you to go through the exercise of conducting a PESTLE and a SWOT in your Team $-$ rather than getting it right $($because there is no such thing as an exact, right PESTLE$/$SWOT $-$ it can keep changing$).$
