In this situation, you consider yourself to be a "product" and develop a marketing plan to promote yourself career wise lets use your in healthcare for example. 1) Include a Situation Analysis this will include a target market analysis, a SWOT analysis
(strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats), and a competitive analysis. The market
analysis will include a market forecast, segmentation, customer information, and market needs
analysis.
2) Include a Marketing Strategy: This should include at least a mission statement, marketing objectives, and
focused strategy including your market segment focus and product positioning. In terms of
objectives, they should be SMART (specific, measurable, actionable, realistic and time bounded).
3) Include a Action Plan: Some plans organize their action plan around the 4 P's of marketing (product, price,
place or distribution and promotion) although this may not be applicable particularly if you are
