Example: I was a tech. This nurse approached me at the nurses station infront of everyone and started screaming at me$.$ I apologized saying i didnt know that she didnt know i was the tech and the other tech wanted switch zones and said that she called the charge nurse. I was freshly off oreintation and still didnt know everything. Then she starte dyelling at me about needing bring a patient to testing and sitting with them. Said i probably didnt know where to go$.$ Which i didnt but i polietly responded with i will figure it out. Then after situation o pulled her aside and talked to her about how i felt very disrespected being talked down upon infront of other staff. Then i apologized for my mistake and seen what we could do to kove forward.
