The organization that I will be discussing about is the army organization.With the army balanced scorecard and category 7 of the Baldrige criteria are utilized in different ways. With Balanced scorecard, the Army is able to have a comprehensive-framework with organization growth. The balanced scorecard also enables the Army to become leaner, and more technically advanced in order to Achieve its mission of serving the citizens of America and fulfilling the Army responsibilities. As for the Category 7 of the Baldrige Criteria, the ARmy will be able to enhance leadership, better operations, and result. Another benefit is that it helps to see and measurement the Army's overall performance.
If I had the ultimate say in which method I would used, I would choose Balanced scorecard because I sternly feel that the unit army organization that I worked at needs more focused on strategic objectives and key performance.
Analytics and big data can assist the leadership team in making performance management decisions in different ways. First they can provide a wealth of informations for decision-makers. They enable evidence-base decision-making by analyzing large datasets in order to identify insights, correlations, and trends. Organizations can also learn about future trends and potential performance issue in order to be proactive. As. For the employee side, bid data can be used to assess workforce performance such us training employees, and optimizing workforce. Lastly, with both analytic and big data, an organization will be able to have a continuous improvement and will be able not identify what is needed for that organization to improve and implement changes.
