Step 1. Generate a Flowchart of the procurement process using the attached MS Visio file. If you don't have visio, check the process elements from the lecture slides and make the flowchart with some other tool of your choice.

Step 2. Choose a example case company (real or made up) and think of a example product/service the company needs to purchase. Introduce the company and the selected product in few words.

Step 3. Use the procurement process chart to go through how the procurement process for the selected product/service. Open up in few words the key considerations for each process step from you case perspective.

Format preferably in powerpoint or pdf. One slide for case introduction, one slide for the Flowchart and one slide for each process step.
