eing out here in Arizona, one of the biggest markets out here is HVAC repair. So wanting to a start up HVAC repair with a couple other people, this type of organization would be a partnership. I know we would need to file for a contractors license and who ever is working on any refrigeration would need to be licensed as well, also have insurance to cover any issues. Im not sure how it works from state to state. But here in Arizona that is what is required. The reasoning for HVAC at the moment is simple supply and demand. Currently here in the Phoenix area, it has become a place where the population has been booming, new housing developments everywhere. The idea is it would be great to get a contract with the developments being put up. But in all honesty, the business would be with doing repairs. Knowing from experience and especially during the summer, when your A/C goes out. You can not go with out. I find that the problem is that there is plenty of need for HVAC repair, but not enough companys that have available staff to supply the demand. The biggest constriction i would find to this, just like any start up company would be obtaining capital to get the wheels rolling.
