A few years ago I was shot. This caused me to be out of work. I also developed PTSD and was easily triggered by things. So I did not want to return back home. My anxiety would not allow me to. So I ended up homeless and 7 months pregnant. I felt like life was over for me. I had a lot of panic attacks. I was also depressed. The crises resolved once I reached out for help.

I was able to live in a shelter. I got into a program that helped house me. I started counselling to help me with my social anxiety. After a few sessions I was able to return back to work. I saved my funds and moved into a new home. The new environment helped me to get back to my base line.
