How would you respond to this discussion?

System performance is defined as how something is designed, how it will work, and how the system will work when others use this system, system quality. Performance is defined in this area as the ability of the system to meet time or volume requirements (respond to user inquiry, update a database, or handle the workload) (UMGC, 2022). For example, the performance system must support a large number of applications in an applicant tracking system or this system needs to have different stages available to move an applicant during the hiring process. These two examples can be written as a system requirement since they are measurable and can be achievable. ' This will all be important to MTC hiring system, since currently the recruiters are unable to quickly meet the high demand of hiring 75 consultants (UMGC, 2019). The performance of this new ATS is crucial to be able to measure how many applicants MTC are getting and how quickly are the hiring managers able to move applicants to the different hiring stages. As well as cutting down on the hiring time recruiters are taking when hiring an individual and keeping up with the growth rate MTC is experiencing. Having a high performing ATS will allow MTC to get a large number of applicants in a short amount of time and keeping these applicants engaged and knowing that status of their application
