HR Challenges with High Performance Teams

The workforce is changing (as has been pointed out in previous module lessons). Technology is making the world seem smaller. Younger employees are joining the workforce with different ideas and values, and some may not have been active in a team process, or perhaps they have with their online gaming. Molding employees into a team concept may prove to be challenging.

For your initial post, address the following:

• What do you think are some of the biggest challenges HR will have to help navigate with the development of high performance work teams in the contemporary work environment?
• What are some of the things that HR can do to help provide a positive implementation and ongoing development of the team concept?
