Responses from Employees 1- Why we do loans the way we do is confusing. Sometimes I do not understand why I need certain documentation for loans or even what the documentation is. This means that a lot of time the loan is done incorrectly the first time and sent back to me. Then, I have to go back to the customer to get more information. The result of this is completing the loan process take twice as long as it should. 2- Using the lending system is A LOT different than learning about using it. It looks different on power point slides than it does in real life. 3- I am not sure of all the products the credit union offers. Apparently, the credit union prefers that loan customers also have either a checking or savings account with us. Responses from Management 1- I do not think HR does a good enough job writing job descriptions because people do not seem to have the necessary computer skills to do this job. 2- It would be great if the training department could do all the training necessary for this position in 2 days. It is difficult for management, to manage and do the lender's work while they are in training.
