Overview

A department manager asks you to remove the lifting requirement from a warehouse job posting because they think it is scaring candidates away. As you were last aware, the warehouse position does require that employees lift up to $25$ pounds individually and up to $50$ pounds as a team lift on a regular basis. Respond to the manager, providing two reasons you would or would not recommend removing the lifting requirement wording.
