This will require some research and may include anything related to Organizational Development that you find interesting.

In your initial post, summarize the information you found. Be sure to properly cite the source. Then provide your opinion on the matter. Submit your initial post as a new thread as you've done in the previous discussion boards.

The more current the event$/$topic the better, but feel free to go back up to a year. Also, the more local the better.
