There are Twelve Leadership Styles on this page. You can use this as a guide for the three that you choose. Styles on This Page Then list and define your dominant leadership style. Make sure to clearly define situations where your dominant does and does NOT work. For example you might say, "I'm a moderate autocratic leader: it works fine with my subordinates, but doesn't work at all with the spouse and the kids. It also doesn't work with my peers and I'm not sure my boss is enthusiastic about it either. She has remained me that, 'The millennial and Get Z generations just don't like authoritarians and the baby boomers aren't that enthusiastic about them either." One needs to be clear where your dominant style works and doesn't work. Context is important. After discussing your default style, come up with a style that you wish to develop. Say why and what situations you would likely use it. Then include a link to an article or video on HOW TO develop this style.
