Please select a completed project carried out by any one of the following organizations such as the World Bank (WB); Asian development Bank (ADB); federal, provincial, or municipal governments, the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development. Canada (former Canada International Development Agency), or any organization of your choice where adequate project data is avallable. II. When selecting projects from any other organization, please select only completed projects, and those for which you have all the required information particularly organizational strategy, project objectives, breakdown in scope, cost, and schedule. iii. Using appropriate data found in the selected project documents, you may modify the data with appropriate assumptions to suit your requirements. Iv. You are likely to come across complex projects. In this case, you may simplify the projects using appropriate assumptions. If are in that situation, you may seek professor's guidance v.
