Q4. What was the most recent year in which the union went on a strike? What were the major reasons for the strike? 1.5 Marks

Q5. What are the key differences in the agreements between the two years' agreements? 1.5 Marks

Format:

• APA Style format
• 5 pages (maximum excluding cover sheet) of text and Graph, with references (endnotes) on 12-point normal font (e.g. Times Roman, not italic or script)
• double-spaced
• 1 inch margins all around with page numbers
• Cover sheet must clearly indicate Name of the student, Student number and option that you are answering.(No graphics, decorations please)

Criteria for paper grading (20 points)

• Quality of presentation of the substantive issues (16 points): demonstrates understanding of the topic and knowledge of the topic
• Writing level (2 points): writing is clear, concise, and arguments are logical
• Citations (2points): appropriate use of relevant sources

Citations: Please use endnotes, so that the text is on the first 3 pages and the endnotes are on the 4th page. Citations are not necessary for material discussed in class/lecture, but please do reference journal sources from the class reading if you use them. You are expected to read and reference 3 or more references that were not cited in a lecture or part of the reading. Examples of appropriate references include, but are not limited to, journal articles, newspaper articles, and material from websites. More references do not earn more points. As a guideline, use citations appropriately to support the points that you make. Please use APA format Rev 7 Citations

• Grades will be based on quality and relevance of response, quality of writing, grammar, and depth of analysis.
• Assignments deemed to be copies or plagiarized will be marked 0 with no chance of resubmission.
• Late submissions will not be marked.
