Hypervisor is getting process execution requests from different deployed VMs$.$ As per

the configuration processes, has priority on scale of $1-10(1$ highest$).$ Also, for some

processes there is a provision of penalty. If some process has a penalty, it should be

considered as of highest priority. Write an algorithm to create a sequence of processes

received from various VMs such that highest priority process should be executed first.

In case, two processes have same priority then the process having shorter burst time
