I agree with the statement that "the constitution is a LIVING document that must change as society changes "because the world isn't what it was when it was initially created. It is a document that helps us function as a society and that helps us understand our laws however, there are certain situations that didn't exist at the time. An example for this may be our gun laws, during the time the constitution was drafted such amendment was thought only for the existing guns. Guns now range from a larger variety and although I agree that we the people should have the right to bear arms there should be some modifications that could be made.
