I agree with this statement because it is important to work toward complete inclusion at colleges since they train the next generation of leaders and experts in the business. Inclusion should, in my opinion, also be included in future leaders' aspects. For becoming adults, college is the first time they are truly on their own, without parental guidance or support. I would like to say that students grow and develop into the people they will be in college. In addition, leaders in the company must make sure that their workplace culture is inclusive to draw and keep a diverse workforce, as organizational inclusivity is the key component that keeps diversity in the workplace. In this course, I have learned many things that I can carry on in the workplace, organization, and life. My takeaway from this course is to keep in mind and think deeply to enhance the understanding and appreciation of organizational, cultural, and individual diversity. .
