I am developing a requirements/engineering document for a patient care software system for a doctor's office.

Please document these items:

A) Each step of the System Development Life Cycle (Design, Development, Testing, Implementation, and Maintenance) B) Create sub-steps for each major step and include details of the sub-steps including a brief title of the step, estimated hours to complete, who will be assigned, and if there are any dependencies such as Step 3 needs to get done in order to do Step 4 and 5.
