I am getting an error and I am not sure what I am missing when using add-ins in excel , the problem is as follow A local newspaper has 10 delivery boys who each deliver the morning paper 50 customers every day. The owner decides to record the number of papers delivered on time for a 10-day period for one of the delivery boys and construct a p chart to see whether the percentage is too erratic. When I go to excel first add-ins, ph stats, control chart, p chart, non conformance cell range B1 to B11, for # of papers, on the p chart window under data check mark first cell contains labels under sample/ sub groups check size does not vary , sample subgroups 10 output options title number of papers I am getting an error after I click OK .
