I am having a hard time with this calculation for windchill. The formula is

w = 35.74 + 0.6215 t + (0.4275 t - 35.75) v^0.16

I need the results to be 23.72714425963738 with the inputs being 32 and 10. (temperature in F and windspeed in mph)

another example is -12.283183932238593 with inputs of 10 30 (same order)
