I am having trouble dragging down a formula on excel. I am trying to do an IF AND formula on excel using a structured reference (naming the tables instead of the cells) and I am able to do that and get the answer, but when I drag the formula down it doesn't apply the formula down the column instead it just copies the answer from the first cell.

This is the formula: =IF(OR(([Post-Secondary Years])>= 2, ([Finance Certified])= "Yes"), "Yes", "No")

If you notice row 6 should display no instead of yes is there something I need to add to the formula?
