I am having trouble with my purpose statement and project question. They are not aligned within leadership specialization and/or aligned w/ my technique. Need to ensure alignment, consistency, and congruency with the specific problem and purpose.My technique is: Chosen methodology is a qualitative study design employing a transcendental phenomenological approach

Topic: Lack of African American women in leadership in organizations, specifically Fortune 500

The purpose of the project , ensuring alignment, consistency, and congruency with the specific problem. In the purpose statement, you will include the technique, the target population, and the geographic location.

Then develop one project question, ensuring alignment, consistency, and congruency with the specific problem and purpose.

Here is what I have. How can I improve these?

• Project question: What career experiences have African American women had that have helped them acquire and maintain leadership positions?
• Project purpose: The purpose of this qualitative research project is to explore the lived experiences and difficulties African American women encountered concerning race and gender inequalities that impacted their leadership development and advancement in a Fortune 500 organization.
