I am in a basic C# class

I need help asap for this I dont want someone to just answer it for me I need someone to help explain the code they used why they used it and why they used it there so I can do my next assignment with little to no help I missed a critical day in my class and because of that I'm really behind in C# .. I really need help this is just basic c# nothing to fancy. please someone help
