I am looking for a solution to this problem. There are 5 people that each work 40 hours per week. I need a schedule for July that has 4 people working a 10 hour day (not including weekends) and one person working 8 hour days (including Saturday) with each week allowing a 10 hour person to have alternate days off during the week and alternating the 8 hour / week including Saturdays.
