I am planning on making a website using PHP and HTML that gives the information on Covid-19 cases, for that purpose need help on creating my first iteration and planning phrase that will include the following:

• A section with the heading plan
• The Plan section must be, at least, three pages long and include a detailed description of all the planning activities that occurred during the iteration
• Project plan - defines the what, when, and who questions of system development including all activities to be performed, the individuals, or resources, who will perform the activities, and the time required to complete each activity.
• Remember to support appropriately and use "personal communications" attribution as necessary.
• The paper must follow the formatting guidelines in The Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (2010), (6th ed., 7th printing), and contain scholarly references.
