I am taking a statistics course called Data Driven Decision Making. I have to chose an analytical method to produce a result. My data sample sets are 50 city populations along with the quantity of a restaurants of a certain type. I want to show which city has the least number of restaurants per person in order to recommend a city to open a new restaurant due to less competition basically. I don't know if I should us t-test, anova, etc. They all seem unnecessary and I can just do the math faster.
