I am trying to create a state machine that flashes both together if the switch value is $0$ and alternate flashes if the switch value is $1.$ Both flash together means repeat through the following states: $00,11,00,11,00,11,...$ Alternate flash means repeat through the following states: $10,01,10,01,10,01,...,$ however I am having trouble figuring out how to properly wire the decoder. I have gotten it to transition from $00$ to $01$ on a $1,$ and from $01$ to $11$ from a $1,$ however i dont know how to get it to go to $00$ from $11.$ Could you help me wire my decoder correctly?
