I am having a hard time decrypting the actual question though. I have tried the basic ciphers I have learned as well as the Vigenre cipher, and I can't figure it out. If anyone has helpful tips, that would be great! I want to crack it on my own, but I need some type of method to get started. I'm starting to feel like I need a cipher that we have not learned yet though.

Also, I have not seen National Treasure, but after googling I found something about an Ottendorf cipher as well as a Playfair Cipher, so I assume the answer is one of the two ciphers.
