I am very confused. When performing a linear regression model How are you supposed to compare the number of hospital beds and ownership. This is the table my professor gave me:

Model 1.Run a linear model to predict the impact of difference in hospital beds (use the total hospital beds column) and hospital's ownership on hospital net benefit.

My question is how am I suppose to get the standard error and coefficient for all of these categories when I'm suppose to be comparing their variables? Wouldn't I only get 1 number for each comparison?
