I am working in school setting and i work under supervision of BCBA to get my clinical hours as a BCBA

for my List of goals for the semester I need Written behaviorally: - Lists three goals that are

1. Objective, observable, measurable outcome

2. Specific criteria for achievement

3. Specific end date clinical hours I work at the school and I have a BCBA supervisor .

4. Rationale for each goal listed/description of why the stated goals are important .

5.Detailed description of the steps student will take to achieve each goal (i.e., self-management plan)
